Step 1 : HR management

HR management for consultants on a mission

As part of short or medium-term projects, you are required to send consultants on a mission to a country. These occasional collaborators are not employees of your company but resources recruited specifically for the implementation of a project.


Due to the complexity and the social and fiscal heaviness of employing these consultants from your headquarters, outsourcing payroll management is the flexible and ideal solution to limit costs.

Directly recruit Talent from abroad

With the support of its international offices, GenTa International offers you the possibility of having recourse to the international outsourcing of a certain number of your resources. In other words, we offer you to hire foreign Talents, working directly in their country.


You will be able to directly recruit Talents based and working from abroad in professions where remote work does not pose any difficulty (such as IT, accounting or marketing).

Verification of skills

A systematic check of the diplomas and professional experience of each of the Talents applying for an outsourced position. Only the CVs of Talents who have successfully passed this check will be sent to the company.

Verification of compliance

Each Talent must successfully pass a compliance procedure certifying that he/she is not on any sanctions list (UN, US, European or other) and is not the subject of any Interpol notice. In addition, a World Check verification will be carried out systematically before any hiring.
